The world often turns a blind eye to the Israel-Palestine conflict due to a combination of factors. Firstly, the issue has been ongoing for over 70 years and has become entrenched in complex political and religious ideologies. The Israel-Palestine conflict is often discussed and debated in international forums such as the United Nations. However, political divisions and the presence of veto powers among the Security Council members can hinder the adoption of effective resolutions or actions to address the conflict. This makes it difficult for outsiders to fully comprehend the nuances of the situation or propose simple solutions that can satisfy both sides.

Additionally, major world powers such as the United States have strong ties and alliances with Israel which complicates their ability to criticize or take action against Israeli actions. The Israel-Palestine conflict intersects with various geopolitical interests of different countries and regions. Many countries have strategic alliances or economic ties with Israel or other regional actors, which can influence their stance on the conflict. These interests can sometimes lead to a selective approach or limited international involvement in finding a solution.

Thirdly, other global crises such as COVID-19, climate change, and economic instability draw attention away from the ongoing conflict in Palestine. The international community faces numerous crises and conflicts around the world, and governments have limited resources and attention to allocate.

Finally, media biases and censorship can also play a role in shaping public perceptions about the conflict which can further stifle any meaningful dialogue or progress towards resolution. These competing claims to land, holy sites, and historical narratives contribute to the complexity of the situation. It can be difficult to find a balanced and mutually acceptable solution that satisfies the aspirations and rights of both Israelis and Palestinians.
